[NMR-user] LOGS problems?

Dear NMR users,

last week, we did not hear of any more troubles with the data transfer/access from your side. However, we noticed for some test cases on Monday that not all of the data would be accessible through LOGS after transfer. Yesterday, a few users came to ask for data, and it seems that there is another problem with the LOGS script. 

Therefore: Could you please report to us, if you also encounter difficulties to get your spectra (a waiting time of up to 60 minutes is normal for the transfer algorithm on the server)? We would be very grateful for your active support.
