[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
 
- Working on issue #17
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/17>  "AsciiReader für
Text und CSV-Dateien nutzen." ("Use AsciiReader for text and CSV files.").
- Working on issue #19
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/19>  "Funktion
SaveDataSet" ("Function SaveDataSet").
- Working on issue #20
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/20>  "Funktion
CheckDataSet" ("Function CheckDataSet").
- The detection of text files is not so accurate at the moment. That's why I
focus on the Excel files first.
- Little code polishing.
 
That was the current Friday update to the batch upload.
