[BEXIS2-Dev] BEXIS 2.10.0 build 3 (Release ID: 21003) ready for testing

Hi all,

once more, we'd like to encourage everyone to test the new BEXIS 2
release candidate. In this version a number of issues have been fixed
already, but we need further testing.
