[SlawKaus] Gagausien: neue Publikationsmöglichkeit

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
hiermit erlaube ich mir, auf einen Call for Papers der Gagausischen Staats-Universität hinzuweisen. Da viele von uns in diesem Jahr bereits in Gagausien waren, bietet sich hier eine besondere Möglichkeit, Forschungsergebnisse erstmals auf Gagausisch (!) oder Englisch in einem internationalen wissenschaftlichen Rahmen zu publizieren – insbesondere auch zu Gagausien, den Gagausen, dem Gagausischen. Willkommen sind nicht nur klassische Fachaufsätze, sondern auch Feldforschungsberichte oder Projektberichte, etwa im Zusammenhang mit Dissertationen und anderen Forschungsvorhaben.

Call for Papers
Scientific Journal of Comrat State University: Social Sciences Series (SJCSUSS)

The Scientific Journal of Comrat State University: Social Sciences Series is pleased to announce the launch of a new academic publication initiative of Comrat State University. As a leading academic institution in Gagauzia, the University is continuously expanding its research activities and strengthening its contribution to international scholarly exchange, particularly in the fields of humanities and social sciences. The journal aims to provide an international platform for researchers working on topics related to language, culture, education, history, and society. It particularly welcomes contributions that address the cultural and linguistic diversity of Gagauzia and the wider region, while also encouraging comparative and interdisciplinary approaches.

We invite scholars to submit manuscripts for the first issue of the journal.

SJCSUSS is a biannual, peer-reviewed scientific journal published under an Open Access model. Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research articles in Gagauz or English in the following fields: Philology, Pedagogical Sciences, History and Archaeology. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and will be checked for plagiarism. Prior to publication of the first issue, the journal will receive ISSN and e-ISSN identifiers. Each published article will be assigned an individual DOI.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for manuscript submission for the first issue, scheduled for November 2026 is: 15 September 2026

Publishing in SJCSUSS offers the following benefits:
