[NMR-user] LOGS back in service

after a crash of the server last week, we could reactivate LOGS during the weekend and clear the problem that caused the permanent slowdown. There might be still some delays, but we hope that the data transfer is back to normal now. Please, inform us directly (nmr-service at uni-jena.de) if you notice an issue.
