Liebe NMR-NutzerInnen,

am Dienstag, den 10.2. wird Dr. Luc Patiny (Zakodium Sàrl & EPFL Lausanne, Schweiz) in Jena über eine neue webbasierte App, „SciPeaks“, vortragen, die für viele spektroskopische Methoden (u.a. MS, NMR, IR etc.) nutzbar ist und gleichzeitig als elektronisches Laborjournal eingesetzt werden kann. Der Vortrag ist daher insbesondere (aber nicht nur) für diejenigen von Interesse, die täglich mit spektroskopischen Daten (NMR, MS, IR etc.) umgehen.

Der Titel des Vortrags lautet “Extracting knowledge from chemical data directly in the browser”. Weitere Informationen finden Sie im Anhang (Poster) und unter www.nmrium.org , www.chemcalc.org und www.zakodium.com/products/scipeaks


Die Veranstaltung findet um 14.15 Uhr im Hörsaal am IAAC (Humboldtstr. 8) statt. Darüber hinaus steht Luc Patiny bei Interesse auch vom 9. bis 12. Februar für persönliche Gespräche zur Verfügung (Online-Reservierung: https://timeful.app/e/2a22A). Bitte leiten Sie diese Ankündigung gerne weiter.

Dear NMR users,

on February 10th at 2:15 p.m., we have the pleasure of hosting Dr. Luc Patiny from Zakodium Sàrl, & EPFL Lausanne (Switzerland). He will present a new, web-based app (‘SciPeaks’), which is useful for many spectroscopy techniques (e.g. MS, NMR, IR etc.) and can be also employed as electronic lab journal (ELN). This lecture should be of interest (especially but not only) for those that work on a daily basis with spectroscopy data (NMR, MS, IR etc.).


The title of Dr. Patiny’s talk is “From Instrument to FAIR Data: ELN-Integrated Chemical Data Storage and Processing with SciPeaks.uni-jena.de”.
