Liebe NMR-NutzerInnen, am Dienstag, den 10.2. wird Dr. Luc Patiny (Zakodium Sàrl & EPFL Lausanne, Schweiz) in Jena über eine neue webbasierte App, „SciPeaks“, vortragen, die für viele spektroskopische Methoden (u.a. MS, NMR, IR etc.) nutzbar ist und gleichzeitig als elektronisches Laborjournal eingesetzt werden kann. Der Vortrag ist daher insbesondere (aber nicht nur) für diejenigen von Interesse, die täglich mit spektroskopischen Daten (NMR, MS, IR etc.) umgehen. Der Titel des Vortrags lautet “Extracting knowledge from chemical data directly in the browser”. He will present a new, web-based app (‘SciPeaks’), which is useful for many spectroscopy techniques (e.g. MS, NMR, IR etc.) and can be also employed as electronic lab journal (ELN). This lecture should be of interest (especially but not only) for those that work on a daily basis with spectroscopy data (NMR, MS, IR etc.). The title of Dr. Patiny’s talk is “From Instrument to FAIR Data: ELN-Integrated Chemical Data Storage and Processing with SciPeaks.uni-jena.de”.
