Digitalisierung Ängste. Sie sorgen sich um ihre
Arbeitsplätze, sind verunsichert durch neuartige
Kommunikationsformen und durch das Gefühl, sie verstünden
die Welt nicht mehr. Die Experten streiten sich: droht neue
Massenarbeitslosigkeit oder entstehen massenhaft neue Jobs?
Womöglich attraktive und gut bezahlte? Spekuliert wird auch
über die Auswirkungen der technologischen Entwicklung auf
die Arbeitsbedingungen, insbesondere durch die Einführung
künstlicher Intelligenz.</span></font></p>

Realität, was gemeinhin noch für Science-Fiction gehalten
wird. Zahlreiche Startups, aber auch globale Giganten wie
Apple, Facebook, Google und vor allem Amazon, praktizieren
den digitalen Kapitalismus. Der bestimmt mit ganz eigenen
Bedingungen den Arbeitsalltag und zunehmend auch die
Gesellschaft. Darüber hinaus setzt er bisher sehr
erfolgreich seinen spezifischen Geschäftsmodellen gemäße
eigene Regeln und Standards fest, die die von herkömmlicher
Industrie und Dienstleistung geprägten durcheinanderwirbeln
und infrage stellen. Insgesamt lässt sich feststellen, dass
die Digitalisierung ganz grundlegende Veränderungen nicht
nur in Arbeitsmarkt und Wirtschaft bewirkt.</span></font></p>
