Doctoral Researcher (m/f) ILRS_04/2017 // From single-cell to whole-organ monitoring: Morphokinetic characterisation of infection via quantitative image analysis

The research group Applied Systems Biology at the Hans Knoell Institute Jena offers a PhD position within the International Leibniz Research school <http://www.ilrs.de/home.html> (ILRS Jena) in the field of quantitative image analysis. The ILRS gives doctoral researchers the possibility to prepare for their PhD exam in an ambitious program providing excellent research conditions. We are seeking highly motivated candidates that are interested in interdisciplinary studies using automated image analysis.
