[BEXIS2-Users] sharing data policies

Dear BEXIS data managers,

do you have a data policy or data exchange agreement in place that
specifies when and how data is being deposited, shared, and published
within your project? If not publicly available already, would you share
this policy/agreement with the community?

We would like to produce a collection of such policies on our BEXIS2
website, so that new projects using BEXIS2 can learn from them and do
not need to start from scratch.

In a more general context (not BEXIS related) we would like to make
these examples also available (or point to them) to any new
collaborative project.
