[BEXIS2-Users] Join the list

Hello,

what is the official way to join the Bexis2 users list?

Just to note: I can start Bexis 2.9 now after removing the
				string "Protocol=3;"
			in the attribute connectionString
		of the tag <add>
	of the tag <connectionStrings>
of the tag <configuration>.
