I came across this web-based tool called Annotare on the EMBL-EBI
website for submitting genomics data. They have a small tutorial
video related to data submission using Annotare

I found the data submission and creating metadata workflow quite
interesting and in some part overlapping with the workflows in
BEXIS 2. Also, there are some part in which Annotare has a very
basic and nice submission functionalities such as 'Fill Down
Values' and 'Add Attribute'. I particularly liked the simple
user-interface and the validation button near the end of the
submission.<br>
I am sharing this video link with you so that we as a developer
team can pick some ideas.<br>
