[BEXIS2-Dev] Development on a module with a module template up to version 2.12.3

Dear Community,

in the current version of BEXIS2 there is a problem if you want to work 
on a new module and use the module template for it.
*The problem only exists if you are working on a module*. Published 
modules can be added to running instances.

The changes have already been made in the DEV branch and will be 
included in the next version.
