[BEXIS2-Dev] bexis2 developer setup

Hi all,

is there a (short) manual for new developer that they get to know how to 
start to develop with Bexis2 code?
some points are:
- how to setup a developer computer
- where to get the code, which code should I use, how to configure the 
code to be able to debug it
- how to write modules

If not, I think it would be really helpful.

Btw, there is still DB2 in the installation manual (which is "just" for 
deploying it on a server and not a dev setup guide as requested above). 
Should be taken out, or?
