[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
 
- Usability of the Batch upload form improved:
 - For multiple errors, the error area is rollable (scrollbar)
 - When the form is recalled, old values are no longer displayed.
- In the controller, the code adjusted that no old values are displayed when
the form is recalled.
- Little code polishing.
