[BEXIS2-Dev] BEXIS 2.11.0 RC2 ready for testing

Hi all,

BEXIS 2.11.0 release candidate (RC2) is ready for testing now

the application is accessible via:
http://bx2test.inf-bb.uni-jena.de:2002/
(only inside FSU network or VPN)


Notes: 
- please focus on CRUD operation on data sets/data structures/data types/variable templates still 
- most security related features are still turned off, so everyone has access to everything
