[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
- This week I was from Monday to Wednesday (08.-10.05.2017) by the
colleagues of the BExIS project in Jena.
- In these 3 days I presented my stand of batch upload, have clarified my
two urgent questions.
- With the answers I was able to write the core function for CheckDataSet
and SaveDataSet in Jena, as well as to perform further tests, because I
could now process files for the first time.
- These tests were followed by further questions which I was able to clarify
with colleagues on the ground.
- With the answers to my questions, the further steps for me have arisen and
clarified. I entered this today in the Gitlab of the GWDG and assigned to
the two remaining milestones.
- Starting next Friday, I will be able to continue to actively program the
batch upload and work on the issues.
That was the current Friday update to the batch upload.
