[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
- Subproject for creating Help files with Sandcastle Help File Builder
unattached, because SHFB doesn't work with VS2017CE. The creating of the
.xml documentation file of Triple Slash comments disabled because SHFB no
longer used. Change to the documentation program docFX.
- Planning a 3-day service trip to Jena to the BExIS colleagues. Purpose of
the trip: an intensive training course in the internal workings of BExIS++.
Since I'm not ahead at the moment with the processing of Excel files as
desired, I decided to this trip and discussed with stakeholders. So will I
start which may locally be 3 days in Jena and let me train in the processing
of BExIS++.
- I think that the on-site training will help me very much by the further
programming of the batch upload.
 
That was the current Friday update to the batch upload.
