[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
 
- Today I solved issues #9
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/9> : Order file
processing list is not correctly updated.
 Is a file is specified for processing multiple times, so this is inserted
more than once in the list of the data model.
- Today I also solved issues #5
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/5> : Click "Next" order
file write.
 Click "Next" to write DataSet and selected files into the order file.
- Code polished.
 
That was the current Friday update to the batch upload.
