[BEXIS2-Dev] Update Batch Upload

Dear Developers! 

My today Friday update of the Batch Upload programming.
 
- Today I solved issues #2
<https://gitlab.gwdg.de/thinder/gwdgbexispp/issues/2> : Refresh view
- For the first version of the batch upload or refresh can be triggered
manually if needed
- Code polished
 
That was the current Friday update to the batch upload.
